SarasotaHomeFree.com is a new service that will allow “for sale by owners” to list their home on the web and also have a link to give to people. This is a free service. We will list homes for sale by realtors on a separate page (not the home page) for $5 per home.

We WILL publish articles by realtors on the main page and we will archive these articles. If sellers, realtors and brokers  have good advice for “selling a home by owner” (or any other topic) and they want to contribute, we will feature those articles as well. The writer’s name, realty company and link will be included at the bottom of the article. A small picture can be included.

 The main page of this site will mainly feature homes for sale in the Sarasota area. The last 1o articles will be linked from the home page.

All listings will be sent across RSS.  This site functions as a blog, so they home owners get the benefits of social media when advertising their home.
