We loved our little condo but we had to move out of state. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a den. The location is quiet and out of the way but yet still just a mile away from a major intersection with Lowes, Publix, fast food establishments, etc. and just one exit away from University Ave. We are the original owners and it is immaculate. We are one of the few that have hurricane shutters protecting the large sliding glass windows out to the lanai from the living room and the master bedroom…just pull them closed the twist the lock from the inside and it’s done.
HOA fees are $750 per quarter which includes all repairs to the outside…roof, paint, etc. and one Master Fee of $400 every Jan. 1st. You are only responsible for the interior. There is a community pool also. We choose the location we did because we did not want to be looking into anyone else’s condo or be near the pool.
This has a huge kitchen with lots of storage. In fact, we much prefer this kitchen to what we have now. All Maytag appliances which include washer, dryer, fridge, micro-wave and an upgraded dishwasher. My most favorite part (which I miss terribly) is being able to see the sunset from the couch. You can see there is a very nice entertainment center which is still there.
For Craigslist users only, if you would like this piece of furniture we will let it go with the condo IF we haven’t sold it by the time we sell the condo. This came from Haverty’s and I hated to leave this behind also. We are asking $950 OBO for it and was about $1500 new. There’s alot more to this piece than meets the eye as far as storage, putting speakers in the bottom cupboards, lighting, etc. This place is very bright and cheerful with the huge sliding windows. When it cools off the the sliders are open it’s like having a whole new room with the lanai. There is a single car garage with storage area. If wallpaper is a problem we will have it removed.
